2. ORGANIC CONTRACT FARMING & CONSULTING

Organic farming is the process by which crops are raised using only natural methods to maintain soil fertility and to control pests. The amount of crops produced by conventional farming methods is often larger than that of organic farming. But conventional farming, with its heavy use of Artificial fertilizers and pesticides (agrochemicals), has a greater negative effect on the environment. In comparison, organic farming produces healthy crops while maintaining the quality of the soil and surrounding environment. The survey revealed that organic farming, in spite of the reduced crop productivity by 9.2%, provide higher net profit to farmer by 22% compared to traditional farming. In India, about 5, 28,171 hector is under organic farming, with 44926 certified organic farmers. This accounts only 0.3% of total agriculture land. Indian organic farming is estimated US $ 712Million and is almost entirely export oriented. Growing awareness, increasing market demand, increasing inclination of farmers to go organic and growing corporate support have resulted in more than 200% growth in organic farming in India. (Source –APEDA). For our projects like Dehydration and food processing units, we require pure organic produced raw material. This can be achieved by the way of Organic contract farming.

We humans are living in 4th generation where our lifestyle is hammered with non organic chemicals and fertilizers. Human body is not capable to digest this chemicals & fertilizers which cause us to face various diseases & disorders. We here are in process to make our grains & pulses fulfill the requirements of human body. With help of our organic products we help the crops to increase the nutrient values. We intend to give a helping hand to every Indian Citizen to come out of hazards chemicals & fertilizers. In the present day lifestyle when the members of our family work and do not find the time to shop fresh grains and pulses, clean them, sort them and size them before cooking or eating. 4. DEHYDERATION OF ORGANIC VEGETABLES

Vegetables and fruits are seasonal products and cannot be stored over a long period. Hence majority of the vegetables and fruits are not available during off season. To overcome the problem dehydration technique has been developed by which vegetables and fruits can be preserved for long period of time and consumed whenever needed as fresh fruits and vegetables. Thus ensuring supply during off season period. Processing is one of the most effective solutions to reduce the wastages. In India processing of fruits and vegetables is extremely low and is below 2%. Value addition to the raw produce is only 7% compared to as much as 23% in China, 45% in the Philippines and 88% in the UK. Thus the processing industry holds tremendous potential not only for contributing to the GDP but also for generating Employment in rural areas and business opportunities for entrepreneurs. In the present day lifestyle when both the members of the family work and do not find the time to shop fresh fruits and vegetables, clean them, sort them and size them before cooking or eating. Some of popular vegetables such as peas, cauliflower, spinach, carrots, onion, garlic, etc. can be dehydrated and preserved for consumption throughout the year.

5. ORGANIC JAGGERY POWDER MILLS

India is the largest consumer and the second largest producer of sugar in the world .Presently, Sugarcane is cultivated in an area of about 4.361 metric hector producing about 281.575 metric tonnes of sugarcane annually. Jaggery (also called as Gur in India) is traditional Indian sweeteners, which are produced in addition to sugar from sugarcane. These traditional sweeteners are the natural mixture of sugar and molasses. Mostly it is consumed by the rural population, which is in the tune of 72% of the total population in India.

6. ORGANIC MANGO PULP & JUICES

Mango Pulp is prepared from selected varieties of Fresh Mango Fruit. Fully matured Mangoes are harvested, quickly transported to the fruit processing plant, inspected and washed. Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers; Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, Blanched, Pulped, deseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining sterility.

The preparation process includes cutting, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of Aseptic product the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags. The refined pulp is also packed in cans, hermetically sealed and retorted. Frozen pulp is pasteurized and deep-frozen in plate freezers. The process ensures that the natural flavour and aroma of the fruit is retained in the Final product. Mango Pulp/Concentrate is perfectly suited for conversion to juices, nectars, drinks, jams, fruit cheese and various other kinds of beverages. It can also be used in puddings, bakery fillings, fruit meals for children and flavours for food industry, and also to make the most delicious ice creams, yoghurt and confectionery.
